As far as the car I was very satisfied with the work done. I didn’t understand the reason for the mechanic to remove the key from the keychain. And the worst thing of all was there was three people Toyota employees 2 management and one mechanic walking around with no mask. They walked very close to the customers.
The service took a bit less than the time frame estimate. Waiting area was adequate, and Steve Elliot was very polite.

I was greated promptly. Initially came in for an oil change but was advised that I needed additional service to my vehicle which I had done. Wait time was reasonable. Steve walked me to my car, opened the door for me and I was off-nice touch..
