Kyle Archidiacono was extremely thorough when repairing my rear passenger tire. He made sure to check in with me throughout my appointment to let me know what was going on with my vehicle as well as the approximate time it would take to be ready. This was my second experience working with Kyle and I look forward to working with him again as he always makes me feel safe to be back on the road in my RAV-4 whenever I leave Hartford Toyota Superstore!
