Service and Janice were fine. Labor costs were a bit of a shocker.

Service was done in a timely manner. That was good. Unfortunately A coupon that displays on the Toyota website when scheduling service appointment was not applied it was for conventional oil change at $39.99. The Rep. Steve said it did not apply and was uncooperative in regards to the coupon and my oil change service. His response was that I was slightly over the 5 quarts. I believe it was .4 over. Ridiculous response especially to a loyal client of the dealer for over 15 years and who purchased two vehicles from the dealer. Obserd.

I was in for a safety recall service. Steve was vey good. I had a question about my warranty and at first it looked like It had lapsed but when I returned to pick up my car Steve had looked into it again and delivered me the great news that I was covered! They did a a multi point check up, oil change! I left very happy and my car is running great!
Did not have an appointment when arrived. The service was done in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated.
I was satisfied with getting the problem fixed, but I was very disappointed when I got back my car to realize that a part wasn’t put back in place. The covering was still left on the floor.
