I had unexpected car problem away from home while in Hartford. Estelle was able to expedite my service, keep me informed with status, and accepted my many calls for reports. She was cheerful and helpful always. Even keeping me posted on her day off so that I could revise my plans and meet my own work obligations and get back home. She provided excellent customer service and the technicians got my car fixed quickly. Thank you Estelle and technicians at Hartford Toyota.
Tires were supposed to be rotated per recommendation but did not appear to be done per paperwork. Also 2.5 days for the job seems long. I was told the AC EVAC machine was broken. AC seems to be working better though.
Janice was very kind and made sure I felt welcome. She also clearly explained everything that was done and overall was just very helpful

Janice was great. However Hartford Toyota is extremely overpriced. Not Janice’s doing. HT should also do a veteran’s discount.
