It was extraordinarily difficult to make the appointment. I ultimately had to resort to calling the manager of the dealership! But once I got in I was very satisfied with what they did. And Estelle was very helpful and courteous.

Bo seemed not very customer service oriented from the minute I stepped in the office. I told him who I was Kim Ramcke and that my husband Bill Ramcke had just got off the phone with Richie the owners son and explained my issue and that I was there to get my rotors done. He proceeded to continue to tell me well we’re gonna check your brake pads too and I told him that I had literally just left Charles Toyota where they checked them and said they were fine and that I just had them replaced a couple months ago. Then he had me sign a paper, didn’t bother to tell me what it was for, so no clue what I signed. But it didn’t say any prices on the paper I signed so I wasn’t worried about it like it was putting me on the hook for any amount. I had also told him that my husband just got off the phone with Richie and he told my husband the rotors were $86 each and I was wanting to know how much they would charge me to put them on. Then I sat in the waiting room for a half an hour before he came out telling me that I needed rotors which I already knew being that’s what I brought it there for and that’s what Charles Toyota had literally just told me but said they didn’t have them in stock. So Bo comes to the waiting room where he tells me the rotors were 169 and labor comes out to 489. I asked how much time it was going to take he said two hours. My husband Bill is NOT a Toyota certified mechanic and it wouldn’t take HIM 2 hours to do that job. So called my husband told him that he said forget it just buy the rotors he’ll do it himself. Then I told Bo ok we’re not doing it, I’ll just buy the rotors and put them on myself, then he proceeds with his attitude from waiting for a response from me I guess to tell me that he’s going to charge me $149 diagnostic charge then if I don’t want to have them do it. So of course Richie to the rescue because he had already talked to someone in the service department BEFORE I got there which obviously wasn’t Bo, and I brought my phone over to Richie with my husband on it and Richie got my car out off the lift and pulled out for me to take it where I proceeded to walk over to the parts department to buy the rotors as Bo proceeds to walk over to another guy in service whos office is to the right of his when you are in the waiting room and told that guy “here I’m not dealing with her”. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and I will NEVER bring my car there or my husbands car there ever again for service. Bo needs to not only find himself a new job, but could use a lesson in customer service. Maybe I should add also that since the day my husband and I bought our two cars there in 2015, not only did we go back there and buy TWO more ourselves but just last week, sent TWO MORE people there to buy cars and SEVERAL more friends and family there. Since 2015, I could name at least 10 people off the top of my head that not only bought one car but some TWO cars. Definitely not the type of treatment I appreciate from a Service intake whatever you want to call him person after sending hundreds of thousands of dollars there in car sales. It wouldn’t have taken much effort for him to have walked over to Ritchie to get the run down of who I was and why I was there. And he’s certainly not anyone I hope to ever see there again.
