The service to the car was over all good. But my customer service experience was terrible. I was running late to my appointment and called to make sure I could still make it in and she told me yes as long as I made it before 4pm. I made it to the dealer by 3:53pm. When I pulled in the service lady had a sour look on her face. And she said it was too late for me to be seen. I when on to let her phone I called prior so I wouldn’t have to make the drive. She looked at her watch and said fine come with me. Then when she pulled up my file she told me my Toyota service care was canceled by me. I let her know I didn’t cancel it there must’ve been a mistake. She cut me off before I could finish my sentence and told me “ yes you did cancel it “ and I said well someone must’ve made a mistake and canceled it. And she said I couldn’t only cancel it because it had to be done over the phone. I told her I never called and I paid for it and she said I must’ve gotten a refund for it. So I asked her for the date to check my bank statement because I didn’t receive a refund. She ignored me and Called toyota service care and found out I hadn’t called it. The told me it would be an hour for the car service. And when I went back to pick up my car she still had that sour look on her face and speaking with an attitude, I asked her for her name stelle , I think that’s how you spell her name. I don’t usually leave reviews specially not this long. But she was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I felt terrible.
Janice was polite and the work was completed within the time she had promised. I'm very satisfied overall.

I should have been told from the beginning that you wouldn’t be able to perform a take down of the transmission. It cost me $155.00 and the loss of 5 days. I knew it was the transmission when I brought you car in I didn’t need you to diagnosis that.
