STEVE, IS HELFUL, INFORMATIVE. I COULDNT BE ANY MORE PLEASED WITH THE WAY HE HANDLED THNGS SINCE MY CAR HAD TO BE IN YOUR LOCATION FOR TWO AND A HALF DAYS. Disappointed in the attention my vehicle got - I should not be the one to tell the service manager that my car is ready to check out. I got a text one hour after I got home telling me the car was all set and ready to go. When car is serviced people want to get rolling and out the door as soon as possible not wait 15 minutes as the car waits in line to exit.
