Brought my car in for engine stalling, the team at my local Chevrolet dealership were very professional and helpful with figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle. I was given a loaner and told my car might take a few weeks to fix, however, only five days later my car was good to go and am very thankful that they took great care of myself and my car. It’s running so smoothly now and I’m greatly appreciative of Kasey West’s assistance and professionalism through it all.

The only part I was not satisfied with is not being informed or updated on the status of my vehicle. I expected to get it by the end of day and wasn’t informed my vehicle was gonna take longer than expected.

Let me start by saying Belle did great and I am completely satisfied with what she did by herself for almost an hour this morning. My dissatisfaction is over the individual who sat there looking at his monitor while customers stacked up like cordwood. There were 5 of us at one point and having an appointment just didn’t seem to matter. OBTW: not wearing his mask to start was only bettered by leaving it below his nose while still ignoring us. He wasn’t the only one wearing his mask that way and last I checked it doesn’t work that way. Not my rules, but somebody needs to care a bit more than just servicing my truck if they want to continue to get my business.
