Wasn't happy to learn of a 3% credit card charge whe I picked up the car. $30 charge on top of my $1067 bill is outrageous.
Car not Rady until 4:45 after dropping off at 8:00 A.M. I would have written a check if had known of the excessive card charge!

However I will never recommend Matt Black Kia to anyone I know. I was screwed over hy this dealership with the initial purchase of my Kia Nero, and the subsequent servixe issues I had with the Neros engine.
