Brought my vehicle in to Lou to show him a crack in my windshield. He was professional and took my concerns seriously. He ordered a windshield and had me bring my vehicle in for service within a week to have it repaired. The vehicle was ready by early afternoon and delivered clean and ready to go. I have a Kia dealership within 10 minutes of my home, but I choose to continue to come back to Matt Blatt because they always do right by me.
