He was very professional with answering my questions and explaining my services after my car was examined. I was treated with great respect in the beginning and the end of services. I did not have to wait too long. He was very gracious when he came to tell me my car was ready. Service very prompt and efficient. One complaint - the 3% credit card service charge. I bought my car at your dealership, have it serviced at your dealership, and you charge a service charge? Very poor customer relations. You're making enough profit on sales and service. You really need to charge a service charge? Shame on you.
