Although I admit the only time I find myself at Star is due to routine maintenance or to see about an issue the time I spend there is always enjoyable. Mrs Boyles greets me like an old friend altho I realize I'm one of many customers she'll see that day she always makes me feel like I'm her #1 priority. The service technicians always provide me with simple to understand answers to any questions I may have. The lady who processes my payments very friendly also always able to help regarding any inquiries about issues I may have. Simple things happen at Star like being greeted while i waited for my maintenance to be completed by tha salesman who saw me a year ago like it was only yesterday he last saw me instead of a year ago.i have always found my experience at Star to be exceptional due to atmosphere present there. In closing I want to stress that experiences at Star by Mrs Boyles and staff is why it's worth it to me to drive 100 miles one way to utilize Star services when a comparable facility is less than 10 miles from my home.
