The service dept esp Mike Byrm, went extra step this morning, and solved my problem. Now I can go to CO Thusday with my gandsons and their girl friends. Again. I really apprecate Mike's effort.
I greatly appreciate the time, and kindness, and quick response that was given to me and for making me feel like a very important person. I came in for a state inspection today. Johnny was the first service advisor to approach me and see what I needed. he had the paperwork drawn up for my truck in a matter of minutes, and offered directions to the customer lounge. in about 20 or so minutes I received a message from him that my truck was done and ready to go.

Though Joshua was on the phone when I was ready to pick up my vehicle, another advisor assisted me and brought my vehicle around. Joshua was able to come out before I left to ensure we were ready and had no questions. Love the teamwork!
