Another employee (Not the one that helped me with the car service, nor any other that helped me) at the store went to say hi to my dog (he was very kind) and took his mask off. Honestly I didn’t say anything to him because he was kind and attentive but I felt uncomfortable.
Please remind the personnel not to take the mask off and to keep 6 feet distance as recommended by experts. As always everyone super nice and professional. Thanks

I understand that during the COVID-19 Pandemic we all need to be patient with one another more than ever. My only complaint today is the wait. I waited 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. NO complaints regarding Ciro. Ciro is an excellent Service Manager. I’ve been coming to Esserman for service on both of my Beetles since 2004. First for my 2001 Bug and now for both my 2001 and 2019 Bug which I bought at Esserman International. BTW, because of Cheri Byrd I have been a loyal Esserman customer for so many years. Chery is a gem! Thank you for all of your attention to detail and addressing all of my concerns over the years.
I cannot praise Robert enough. He’s an amazing and dedicated advisor and an asset to your team. Would love to see him in a supervisor or management position some day. He’s awesome
