My service experience was great as usual my service advisor Roberto is great! I got to the service area and he greeted me right away with a friendly smile, answered my questions and concerns and my car was ready fairly quickly.

For the second time, the underside panel wasn’t secured after the repair which required a return trip and prevented us from using the car until that issue was corrected. Thanks to the pandemic, my wife and I both work full time from home with two small kids and no help. A return trip is extremely difficult. By the time we could bring the car back in, more dash lights had lit up requiring additional diagnostics. After returning the next day to pickup the car, the first thing I noticed was that the dash check engine lights are still all lit up. The problem wasn’t fixed. The car had to be looked at again while we waited. We were told another sensor had failed. While I’m grateful the dealership picked up the cost of the addition sensor repair, this was an overall very disappointing repair visit. No need for a call to discuss further. I expressed the same in person before I left with my car.
