I have been working with Saili for a few years and she is always professional and takes care of everything in a timely manner. She is extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with!
Was I satisfied? yes and no. I made an appointment for 3pm, when I arrived they told me I had to wait 2 HOURS!! after complaining about the wait time finally the manager told me my oil change was going to be done in 40 min. After paying and headed out to wait for my car. I heard loud and constant car honking a when eventually realizing it was for me. When I headed towards my car, the guy yelled at me: “weren’t you in a rush?”. I never said a was in a rush, just the wait time was insane and I could have been assigned a later time and arrived later. I found the honking and yelling highly disrespectful. But I’m satisfied by the manager that help me with the waiting time.
