I was pleased with Andres Terán, he advised me that is it was the battery it would be close to 190$... Exactly what it turned out to be....
I had given Andres the go ahead if it was the battery.
Nobody called me to tell me my car was ready.
The next day I called to ask about my vehicle and was advised that it was ready to be picked up... I think a call from Esserman telling me my car was ready would have been more correct...
