I had a “We Owe” for some Wipers to be replaced upon getting the car. When I attempted to redeem the “We Owe” wipers, I was told I needed to have a certain mileage to claim them. Now upon my return, I was told differently. I was now told that “I was over the mileage”.... which makes no sense! I hate being told one thing and then being mislead.
Saili was a knowledgeable person, the appointment was on time. She send an email they will let me know when the parts are in.
Roberto has really gone above and beyond in helping me get my VW in as good shape as it can. While it has been frustrating, I never felt like I wasn't being helped.
