I leased the car 8 months ago and the car is only 3000 miles. Daniel kept pushing for me to get the 1 year/ 10000 mile service when I don’t need it. I don’t appreciate someone forcing me to shorten my warranty, knowingly that once out of warranty, I will be financially responsible for service.
Honestly, the whole service team was AMAZING during my experience. They provided exceptional service and solutions to my problems. They helped me through the stressful transition of getting my car from my home to the dealership and went above and beyond with loaner car. Danny had great communication the entire time about the status of my car and answered any and all questions that I had. You guys are doing a great job!
