Pedro was very professional and helpful.

I was promised a loaner, after arriving they didn’t have one. I had to wait 30 mins to go to enterprise where the only car they had was a mini van, called service manager which I explained my frustrations about the loaner and my wait time, he told me he would call me back to get me into a loaner of VW and apologized. However I never got a call back. After 4 days I got my car back, and the service manager still never called me back. I will not take my care back to Esserman Service. They couldn’t find anything wrong either with my car issues. I’ll drive up to Rick case where I bought the car due to the customer service they provided me since the first meeting with them. Last time I walked into your dealership was two years ago. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience with customer service. I promised that I wouldn’t go back there again. Today, out of convenience due to my tight schedule, I decided to give one more try. After being helped by Julian Alvarez and get the information that I needed, I was very pleased that Esserman had made a smart decision of hiring Julian for the job as a service consultant. He is the right person for the job with full potential. Not exaggerating, but I felt that I was at VW manufacture in Wolfsburg (Deutschland) and getting to know more about my vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so well mannered and knowledgeable with so much pride of what he was representing. It was an enormous satisfaction to walk into a business and get the help that I was truly expecting.
