I tried to call Julian several times because he told me I would have a quote for the AC in the afternoon. I never got an answer and he never even bothered to call back. I have been to Esserman several times and never had such bad service as I did now.

But the car still smells really bad and it just doesn’t go away no matter how many times you clean the car.
