It’s a long story. I went to Aventura Honda to have service done. They were unable to rotate my tires because they could not get them off. They recommended I go to Acura. So I did. However Acura was unable to get my tires off. They said they broke the key trying to get my tires off and would not proceed any further due to fear of breaking something. They said I needed to go back to Honda. I did. Honda was able to rotate the tires and change the locks? I feel that both places weee incompetent and I just dont understand why Acura couldn’t Fix it when I was there. It’s very frustrating and a waste of my time.
