I mentioned to my service advisor that my airbag light was on because my alternator shorted out and the light stayed on. I asked if they can reset it.... he shook his head. I was expecting for the light to be reset but it was not. But otherwise Pedro did his job.

I was very much dissatisfied with how I was not informed that the expected waiting time had increased. I was told two and a half hours to wait for a recall to be fixed and a replacement of rear brake pads and rotors. I had texted the number given multiple times with no response, It was not until 4 hours waiting that I was offered a car. This was a huge inconvenience. I would have arranged my day differently or rescheduled if I had know you didn’t have “the part”. I was told you didn’t have the part and someone needed to go to another shop to get and ended up bringing the wrong part. This is unexceptionable. This inconvenience also caused me to get up way earlier so that I could return and pick up my car because I had vital things in my trunk that I needed for work and also caused me to get stuck in terrible traffic. This experience causes me to NEVER come back to Esserman, for service or anything! I have been a customer for 9 years, and then after all this the bill was higher than the quote from the morning before! I feel I was trying to be taken advantage of and I will absolutely never recommend this dealership to anyone.
