Tires were not rotated.
Nonetheless, oil was changed and leaky tire patched as requested.
When I call and ask for a service and the time is 1 or 1 1/2 hrs I expect around that time or maybe 2 hrs. But if you call me almost at the end of the waiting to notify of additional service needed then I have to wait even longer. As soon as the car gets in a technician should notify of the car’s needs. Just a suggestion. 4 hrs and 25 minutes to get oil change, battery, flush transmission and breaks, plus wipers blades, ah and tire rotation. It seems a lot done, but once again, you let me know as soon as the car gets in what needs to be done and that way I make better decisions. I ended up taking a courtesy vehicle as I was working and asked for 1 1/2 off to take care of this. It is not a big deal. I’m glad you guys are working and I appreciate that. Just a suggestion for the future.
Better communication when setting an appoitment, even though i called twice to confirm it, service department had no records.

Also the service packages offered online were nowhere to be found at the dealer.
Finally I would have like someone to go over what was done to the car and a paper with all verification performed. Like tire thread depth, brakes pad status, fluids, etc.
As soon as i got there to pick up my car i was instructed to pay and a few minuter my car was outside but nobody to go over what were the findings.

Roberto exceeded my expectations he was extremely professional and knowledgeable making sure i was satisfied with the service provided. I been a costumer of eserman for years, never had a problem " reason why i travel from sunrise to miami" but the last service gets 5 stars
