My service was a lot faster than I was expecting and I am happy to know my car was well serviced even for problems I may not have fully thought were fixable.
It was fast, I would say a little expensive, but good service. I also got my car washed. The only thing to improve it would be information on arrival to service, as I was a little lost looking for help..

Wasted 2 Saturday mornings so far trying to fix something extremely simple. Wrong part was ordered, sat on the service department for 38 minutes and my car didn't even moved!!!! Is like my time is not important to you guys.
After rain today! Front right pillar that was supposed to be fixed was completely saturated! Paid $182.44 for absolutely nothing and sun roof that they opened still not in alignment as per before servicing!

I was extremely satisfied with Julian’s service, he’s a great service provider and shows compassion with clients. He could probably be a lot better than many of the past advisors I’ve had in the past who are in higher positions now.
That being said, the only reason I went to Esserman is because another mechanic could not find the problem. But Esserman overcharges and if it were not for the fact that this situation was a weird one where the problem was a unique one, I would have not been back. Esserman needs lower their prices. ASAP. Overcharging during a pandemic is disgusting.
