Two hours and 30 minutes with an appointment and nothing was done to the car which just needed a fuse replace in order for the cigarette lighter outlet to work, very dissatisfied with the attention as well 8 minutes passed before some notice that I have arrived, this does not happens at Audi or Subaru service And the problem was not solved

Is unnecessary to keep a person waiting a long time after the car service is completed it due to bad communication from the service person (Pedro) specially during these times. I personally wouldn’t want to deal with him in the future.

Everyone is always super pleasant and professional. I just wish that whoever handles the car would be more careful to not dirty the seat or the inside of the door. I always have to wipe it down.
