I have absolutely no complaints about the customer service. Francisco and Robert were amazing and tried to help me the best they could. But I have major complaints about the work performed on my vehicle. I barely drive the car and go to extremes to maintain it, so it's pretty much still brand new. I took the car in to replace the trim around the sunroof because it was cracking and leaking. Unfortunately after it was replaced it was installed crooked and they scratched my roof's paint. After I took the car back to see if they can fix it, I was told it could not be fixed unless they ordered a brand new roof trim and redid the entire job, which would cost too much money for the shop, but they agreed to take care of the scratched roof. While unhappy with the crooked trim, I agreed to have them fix the scratches. When I picked my car up, I noticed they buffed the roof to fix the scratches, but did such a horrible job that they left a haze and a hologram effect on the area they buffed. It is a shame because I really trusted this place with my car. Now, I don't even want to take the car back so they can correct the mess that they made. I would rather pay out of pocket to have a professional detailer fix the paint, than to have them touch my car again. To top it off I have to live with a crooked sunroof trim that apparently can't be fixed, unless I pay thousands of dollars to redo.
