The website to make appointments was working this time. It seems that more staff has been hired. Nice to see so many women. Staff attitude has improved. Always nice to feel valued as a customer rather than feeling like Kia is doing me a great big favor. Good job!????

Already spoke to matt Blatt Kia, no one can tell me how $1700 worth of maintenance is suddenly needed when the vehicle has been only serviced through this Kia. Someone wasn’t doing the checks they said they were doing.

I was completely satisfied with the work they did,But i was not satisfied with the way they took things out of the truck and they put them back in an unprofessional way the things they put back in the truck when i turn right or left things would roll all over the back of the truck,it was a 3 wheeler scooter in parts

Came in for an oil change. When the young lady looked at the mileage she stated I didn't need one just yet but that I was only a few hundred miles away from needing one & almost at the 6th-month mark. It was up to me if I wanted to take care of the oil change now or wait. It was no pressure to get the service completed. Most would have said okay & fulfilled my request. She was upfront & Honest & I like that.
