service manager is rude. I was never picked up for .e to get a ride back to dealership after cad was complete. I had to pay $18 for a lyft and no one cared to pay for it. every time I come there. the service manager yells at ne. I won't be back. I purchased 4 cars here and am treated like ****

Already submitted one. Was satisfied with everything but scratches on windshield Can't say it was done there because can only say they weren't they there when I brought car in and were there when I left. Would have brought right back but had appointment and then work. Can't prove anyone there did it and they may not have even known they did. Can only see from inside car and faint. Will be seeing if I can do something about it myself. Other then that was very satisfied. Thanks

Katie is the best! I been there many times and no one has gave me the type of service that she did. Very willing to help and answer all my questions with recommendations. I was greeted by Alex **** who was really pleasant, helpful and very informative about the service my car received. Alex took the time to explain everything and made me feel very welcome, by far she is a great asset to your establishment. I was however very disappointed with the service manager by the name of Chris. I have taken my Kia Seltos for oil changes on 2 or 3 previous occasions and I have used a coupon for my oil changes that I received from the Kia Cherry Hill. Chris declined to accept the coupon this time and was dismissive about the fact that other times I was able to use them. I have up to now had a great experience with Kia both in Cherry Hill and at your EHT dealership until this morning with the service manager by the name of Chris and his way of handling my situation. I was only trying to use a coupon for an oil change and he flat out refused. My compliments on the previous personnel who were helpful and honored my coupon and again let me compliment Alex **** on her outstanding guest service.
