I was very impressed with my experience at your dealership. I was immediately approached by Katie and she gave me a complete rundown of everything that was going to happen and escorted me to the waiting area. I left Matt Blatt in my Sorento in tears. I was so HAPPY with the service team and my overall experience having my vehicle repaired. I couldn't stop smiling! Alexandra knew who I was the minute I walked in the door because she knew how excited I was to pick up my Kia. I think I have a new home for my Kia's servicing. Thank you again!

Again Katie was absolutely amazing she help right away she kept me informed of the progress and she got me estimates for my next visit at Kia. When I came back the next day she was there like she told me she would be she got all my papers ready and she got me a ride to my job. During the day she kept me update about my car situation and when I came back my car was ready for me and all my papers too, and what I love was that the price she told me was the price I payed, no extra charges...lol Again very professional make me feel comfortable and that she cares about her customers.

Very knowledgeable at her job. She remembered me and the discussion we had the last time I was in for an oil change about getting my hair filters changed. Kept me in the loop on the progress of my service as they discovered that I had an oil leak. When I was leaving I noticed that the oil change reminder had not been reset. Katie stuck her head in the car and fixed it in 2 second! Very excellent employee. Thank you
