Alex was very nice, friendly and helpful. We just moved here from West Chester Pennsylvania where we have had our KIA service Ed since new. We weren’t sure about Using a new dealer we knew nothing about. Alex made it a great experience. She got us in the same day I called and was in touch with us about the service and what was needed throughout the day. I was surprised that the KIA was washed and reduced to go when we picked it up. That was a nice surprise. Now that we are here in Mays Landing we feel a lot better knowing your dealership has the great service we’ve come to expect from KIA. Alex is a great representative of your dealership.

Torey is remarkable and understanding she is the example of customer service and relations I am always pleased with the experience and all of the people involved that make buying and having my car serviced there a pleasure. I want to thank Torey who made it possible for me to move forward with no major obstacles. The whole crew Torey, Matt, an Jeff have kept me coming back and Mitchlaina who was my sales person for my car that I love.

I had just had this same repair done in December of 2021 or January of 2022. Isn’t there a warranty? I replaced the battery at the same time of the alternator repair. I don’t feel I should have been charged the same as if the previous repair had never been done. We were thinking about purchasing 2 new vehicles here but I am now rethinking about it. Thank you

I had an appointment that I scheduled 3 days in advance to have 4 tires installed, balanced, and aligned. I dropped the car off at 11. I only got a text mid-afternoon that I hadn't been forgotten about. I had an appointment in the area, so I stopped in afterward to see how things were progressing. I found out that I had been bumped for something that I guess was more important. The car was finally ready after an additional 2-hour wait at 5:15. Good thing I'm retired and didn't have more pressing calls on my time. There was no point in screaming at the employees in the service department, but I didn't appreciate the fact that my time was not valued. This is not the usual experience I have with Matt Blatt Kia, so I'm hoping it was just an aberration.
