Last night in my time of distress broken down on the side of the road, Suzette gave excellent excellent customer service. Today your service team took wonderful care of my baby, my 2015 Kia Optima, and she’s home again. Your team is outstanding. If I have one comment to make, I hope you improve the hybrids so that if the battery goes you have some pre-warning to get it taken care of so you don’t just break down on the side of the road in the middle of the woods like I did.

Howie was attentive helpful and was willing to go over my questions no matter how many times I asked. When the repairs took a turn that was not expected he was willing to work with me on how I could best do that within my budget. I also not for nothing saw how he handled an irate customer who was in front of me. And he showed her the same level of respect that he showed me despite the appalling manner in which she treated him. He is an excellent employee and one of the reasons I felt comfortable returning the next day

I was told prior to checking out that my engine Shield was in need of repair. Since I had not experienced anything prior to my visit, I opted out. On the ride home, I felt and heard the engine Shield dragging the ground. When I arrived home, I stepped out of the vehicle and saw the shield clearly hanging from the bottom of the car. I do not believe the shield was damaged to that extent prior to my visit. I was told a new Shield would cost $350 and that labor to repair it would be $150. A total of $500. I have since ordered the part myself for $50. It appears to go on with 10 standard screws. I have no mechanical experience, but believe I will complete the job myself in under 10 minutes.

I came in expecting to the already high price of $54.95 for an oil change and ended up leaving spending $94. They convinced me that I needed a tire rotation. Also, why do I pay for these services? I thought leased vehicles included all the services.
