Torey was so kind and helpful - I came in because of a recall on my vehicle. Due to my Kia not having a tailgate hitch she was able to clear the recall and even checked to make sure there were no other recalls on my vehicle.

Torey was amazing. She provided me with some of the best customer service that I have ever received at a dealership. When she followed up with me after my service, I mentioned that the mechanic forgot to install the tail light and tag bulbs. I brought the car in and she greeted me personally in the garage and made sure my vehicle was given top priority. I only had to wait about 15 min and the car was done! She handled it perfectly! It’s so refreshing to work with a customer service associate who really cares, is attentive and solves problems without passing the buck. 5 stars for Torey!
