The service rep was very polite and courteous. However what should have taken one hour or so for oil change, took approximately 2 hours or more. Service rep was very apologetic. In addition, I asked if all fluid levels were topped off and when we inspected wiper solvent, we discovered it was still low. Overall not particularly satisfied with my first service experience.

Matthew was exceptional. The technicians seemed to cause more roadblocks than necessary which caused an almost 2 hour wait time for an oil change. In which I still need to come back because the oil light was not reset.
