Everything went smooth. When the parts didn’t come in when they were supposed to, Gerardo informed me of the delay. He also informed me of what the e tended warranty would cover and what it wouldn’t cover.

Roger did a great job explaining to me what happened I actually took it in there find coolant leak and he found a oil leak on my oil cooler but actually probably save me big money in the future the repairs were well worth it his recommendations were solid and I appreciate the time and effort you put into her every hour

As I was outside during my service, my SUV was driven to front. I waited to be called or notified. After about 10 minutes I went to the cashier but paperwork was not there so she called Gary. He said give him a few minutes. After about 30 minutes, no calls/text, I went back to cashier. Paperwork was there. So so upset that I could of been waiting longer without be called.

When I got my vehicle I didn’t notice that my custom Leather seats had been stained black not sure if it’s grease or just the dirt of the hands from the tech, I also have a picture of it as well. Not very satisfied. Besides that the service adviser did a good job explaining what had happen to my vehicle, and kept me up to date.
