Roger kept us updated during service. Provided his extension if we needed to contact him. Informed us both by text and voicemail regarding rim recall and alerted us car was ready for pick up.
German Vasquez is the best. I have followed him from one dealer to another for a long time. He is knowledgeable and honest & will never try to sell me services I don’t need. Super nice guy.
Insurance paid for vehicle to be detailed. Work order indicated that vehicle detail was completed. At pick up, I received a vehicle that was dusty inside-no sign of any cleaning or sanitizing- and caked in dust on the outside.

My service was great. It was when I went to go pick it up I had a problem. The car detailing was great shiny and clean. The thing that I was worried was when starting my car. It had a hard shake. And then soon got a check engine light on my car. I have an obd 2 scanner so I look it up. And apparently I had a misfire in cylinder number 5. I went in and ask if anyone as open the hood and not say anything bad anyone. But have a feeling maybe my car was Intentionally mishandle. Hopefully the dealership as cameras and investigate this matter. I’ll be checking my vehicle later on. Maybe it was a loose connection or not. The communication started fairly well initially, however, toward the end of service, it was hard to get a hold of my representative. When I called, it took about four transfers before I got German. I came to pick my car up, it wasn't cleaned. I asked the clerk to have them clean it. She stated, it would be a few moments. Shortly after, a youngman brought my car out and,and said the car wouldn't fit in their washing area. Another gentleman came and took the car, he said he would take care of it. I appreciated him, however, he only did the sides. He left the yellow writing on the windows. This was the most disappointing experience I've had when getting my car repaired. First of all, I thought I was dealing with Cormier Chevrolet. I wasn't aware of the name change. There's more, but I'll wait to talk to German.
Great customer service, extremely helpful and will definitely be back and ask for German. Very satisfied with his help and service.

The only complaint I have is that I scheduled a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and didn’t receive my car until almost 10:30. Why have people schedule appointments if you’re going to take the cars in as they arrive. You should designate a lane for people who have appointments. I waited 3 hours at the dealership for a simple oil change that normally takes 45 minutes with my local mechanic.
If it wasn’t for Gerardo, I would have taken my car for service else where. He’s an excellent service advisor
