Roger was great. But when I brought my car in for 30k service it was dirty and had bird crap all over it from a recent trip. My car was not washed as it usually is when I bring it in for service. This is enough to make me go elsewhere next time.

I was completely satisfied with the work they done and the service advisor who helped me. But for some reason they didn't wash my vehicle I thought they washed them after they service them

Mike Ortiz was great but turning in a brand new 2021 Tahoe Premier for a lift issue and getting a Malibu to drive for a week was not great. We have three kids and the loaner was not close to equal the car I was paying for. Again not a reflection on staff but can’t say I was completely satisfied.
