My service associate was great. I was unhappy with the price of the repair. I wasn’t expecting it to be so high. I declined the repair. This does not deter me, I will still be a lifelong customer of Chevrolet.

Carl was amazing we pulled up told Carl the problem he said ok let us take a look so then Carl called us up and told us your car is ready and they fixed the problem I am so thankful for all the help and my car runs so great now thank you again

Roger was great, but the other staff technicians could have run some soap & water over my car. Any other time, they would have. I usually wash my car before bringing it in & then they mess it up by half-washibg it, so I didn't do that this time, & they didn't bother washing it. I'll go back to washing it myself, before bringing it in.
