1. I asked for my Def tank to be filled and it did not.
2. Whoever serviced my truck left dirty grease napkins in my glove compartment.
3. They disconnected an electronic part without my approval in which I had just had the manufacturing company program at a cost and I had to take the truck back to get it reinstalled and pay.

Was there 2 1/2 Hours for an oil change and They didn't even wash my Vehicle. Restrooms were closed to the public.
German did an excellent job of greeting me in the service lane when I arrived. He also explained the process for my repair that day. German also brought it to my attention that a recall for an airbag needs to be completed. I explained that I would have to make an appointment for next week. After the work was completed, I had a few questions regarding a possible future repair that German answered.

Brought in my 2021 Camaro in for a rattling noise in my exhaust. Roger took great care of my car and kept me informed through the process and found the crack in the part. The new muffler sounds great! Like I just bought it. Thank you guys again.
