Pleasant but waited longer than I had to. He didn’t realize my paperwork was placed on his desk. Not entirely his fault. Two days later, I had to return b/c the item wasn’t put on securely by the mechanic. I did not have to wait (again) b/c Carl fixed it for me!
Gary Anderson has outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly. I answered no because the tech who performed the services stated they did a tire rotation and they did not. I know this for a fact because the passenger right front had a flat about 4 months ago and it's a totally different brand of tire than the other 3 which are goodyears. If I'm told you rotated the tires and I inspect to verify I expect it to be done. Taking off my tires, checking the brakes and putting them back on the same area does not constitute a tire rotation. There should be no assumption that the customer is not going to check these things to make sure they are truly done. Gary Anderson sent my vehicle back and made sure it was done right and for that I appreciate his service and due diligence. So I want to be clear that my service was not satisfactory due to the tech not due to anything Gary Anderson did.
I asked that my tire pressures be set at 31 psi and they weren't. I asked that my car be washed and it wasn't and I had to wait for it to be done.the whole point was to have everything done so that I didn't have to wait around for it to be done.
Thank you Gray for the great service, but it would be nice that when I pick up the car they give a run done if what kind of service they did to the car.

I don't see the point of making appointment and having to wait 2 hours. Despite that the service was good.

I was completely disappointed with the the customer service I received today. I was told my car was ready. I went to Mr. Carl and Asked how my car was and he said good you just need more tires. And pointed me to the cashier. Then I see that there were recommended service that I needed ok the car. So I went to ask for more information about the recommendation service and I received a sloppy answer. That was basically said it the 80,000k service and cost 299 and they gonna flush your car so I asked if there was a a pamphlet that gave more details on the services and what it included. He said he couldn't find it, So I asked him if he can tell me. he didn't know any specifics and if he did he tell me. So then I said what does CFI mean. He said oh that's $599 That's another recommended service. So I asked again what is a service and what is it include?
It was so disappointing not receiving the help or information I needed. To make matter worse there was another service representative that I went to for help and all he said why didn't you ask Carl these questions. He looked like he didn't want to help me neither. Like I was wasting his time. As well. I don't know his name but he sits on the end kinda buff and older ( with salt and pepper hair)
They were no help at all.
Smooth operation. Mr. Gary was straightforward and very attentive to my request for the services that my vehicle needed. It was a bit of a wait. But overall a smooth transition.
I told the service writer two times that I would like to have the door protector replaced because it was peeling off and it was not done
Gary is a great guy to work with in the care of your vehicle. He is polite and knowledgeable with a genuine personality.
Over it was good service!
