Bryan was great he came out right away to greet me at the service drive, ordered the parts needed for my recall and had the parts installed the same day of the appointment.

Great customer service friendly staff
I brought my car knowing what the problem was and was told it was actually something else. Two weeks later I have to bring it back because I was right the first time. Then when I get my car back my window will no longer roll up. Service man claims can’t be his fault he didn’t touch the door and it will cost 600 to fix. Insane that I bring my car to be fixed and it leaves even more broken. I refuse the 600 fix and get home to discover they didn’t even put the door all the way back on correctly. Worst service I have ever received. More hurtful the helpful.
