My experience hasn’t been good at all. Next week will be The fourth time that I I had to bring my car back for the same issue. My point of contact Carl has been the only one that has been concerned for the most part even though he didn’t write down my main issue that I told him for my check engine light which was the P0171 code system too lean on bank 1. I was initially told that my car was ready after the first day then I get there and my check engine light is still on and the technician says that the code didn’t pop up even though I knew it was there but he said that what he fixed was the issue. I now have to bring it back for a forth time because the light is still on and Carl told me to bring it back. This is unacceptable that I was put on a payment plan for the so called other stuff that was the “issue” yet I still have my main issue that hasn’t been solved at all. I shouldn’t have to deal with this being a customer. I originally bought my car from your dealership and I’m really regretting bring it for service when I’m being lied to by your technicians.

The oil change was great, however I brought it in for two other issues. The diagnostics could not recreate the problems so they said no problem. Today, the day after service, the two other issues came up more than once. There has to be some other way to figure out and fix the issues.

This was one of my best experiences for service as far as speed. I normally wait and this was the smoothest, fastest experience that I've ever had. Unfortunately, I came away with the base to my passenger door handle missing.
