I would like a little more detailed itemized bill and have it explained to me. I paid over $500 on good faith that WIN would provide service. For example...I agreed to fuel system change, but the invoice said cooling system?
The rest of the invoice is page after page of confusion. Next time I'll request a detailed rundown of the prices. Didn't know at the time that I'd needed to do this.
In all the time that my car was there I really am sitify.

Service to my car was great. Michael was not the nicest or friendliest. His customer service wasn’t the best. But, my oil change was fine.
Not too friendly and did not make sure that my vehicle was completely serviced. In addition I had to wait almost 4 hours to get an Oil change.
Carl was attentive, reassuring and the service was fast. Carl also informed me of existing discounts which I took advantage

What can I say , I called Win Chevrolet at 9am and spoke to German Vasques Jr and he confirmed an appointment the same day , took my truck in and they did what they had to do and I puck up my truck later in the evening , good job guys , ill think about that appraisal.
I was double billed for work performed on my vehicle and will never use your service again.
Could not find what was wrong with truck when clearly it was the transmission

I called to make a appointment for a recall and the service dept said to arrive at 0700 hrs on sat 18 sept 2021. When I showed upon sat they said the part had to be ordered and sent me away. They asked me for my info which I provided and left. A week later I called to see what the hold up was and that’s when I realized that the service guy never ordered my part and disregarded my info and service request. I would fire that guy for sending my business away. Sounds like someone wants a paycheck but not the work it comes with. Very disappointed customer
