Every time I come I need to explain that my oil change is included in my contract when I bought my car. I don’t know why someone can’t just leave a note in my file to make it easier on the cashier and myself when trying to leave the dealership. Staff is usually rude when I call to ask a question and if it wasn’t for my oil changes being included with my contract I would never come back.

Vehicle was taken twice for a problem which was never solved or even noted the first time taking vehicle. Useless of paying extra for warranty on vehicle if repairs are not always covered. Dealer just has a bad reputation with me. Cant trust dealer with my vehicle anymore.

He resolved the problem. ONSTAR needs improvements, they told me it was dangerous to drive my SUV I just got fixed at WIN chevy and I had NO oil! I rushed and got an oil change. Turns out I had plenty of oil. Nothing wrong with my breaking system either. No dash alert. WIN changed a sensor and onstar didn’t record that. ONSTAR is useless now, I think General Motors sold it, or revamped it for the worse.

I’m still hearing clicking noise as I drive and turn and a whistle sound coming from the driver side front end. Not sure what it is I took it in 3 different times and still nothing got fixed.
