I made a appointment for 9:00 am Saturday 3/5/22 and I got there at 8:50 am. The wait was 3 plus hours long! I got really frustrated and frankly I don’t know if I want to take my truck to get service there anymore.
German continues to be a patient and helpful advisor, always answering my questions and investigating things when needed.

I arrived around 1:30 I came straight from work I explained to Jorge there was an issue with my battery I received diagnosis from AAA once my vehicle wouldn’t start after it was cut off. He then told me it would take about 2 1/2 hours to have my battery checked out so I then told him I would wait on my vehicle. After 3 hours had gone bye I then called Jorge and inquired about my vehicle he then replied they were still checking my battery it would be another 30 minutes so I said ok and continued to wait. So as I’m waiting another hour and a half goes bye I’m sitting outside and acknowledge Jorge leaving the premises so I called again and inquired about my vehicle it’s 5:00 now I’m extremely upset because I was told Jorge has left for the day what kind of customer service skills a person have to just leave their client waiting on their vehicle all day and with no explanation given you just up and go home for the day knowing I’m waiting on my vehicle. Poor customer service skills! I will never return to win Chevrolet for any kind of service . To add he never implied that he was Leaving and that another worker would take care of me! Nothing he just kept his head down looking at his cellphone until he passed me and he never returned ! I spent my entire evening at win Chevrolet without my issue being resolved. So what did they really do to my vehicle did I wait all day for nothing ! Totally unexceptable!
Carl was very good. But it took 2 in a half hour for a oil change. I got there about 750 Monday morning.
