We had an appt at 10am...the 3 cars ahead of us were helped, the 3 cars behind us were helped...didn’t make sense that our car was the only one in the line not helped and it turned out the cars behind us had NO appointments but were helped before us?...my husband had to flag someone down to help us...ridiculous

Our service attendant had mine Vasquez was a very helpful individual he gave knowledgeable information regarding our car and what it needed to be done and he translated in Spanish and it was very understandable he did a great job

I've always owned a chevy and have made it a point to get my oil change done at the dealer where I purchase my car. I'm very satisfied with the service that was done on my car but when I received my car, I notice it wasn't given a complimentary wash. That was disappointing because the 2 dealers where I purchase my past vehicles always returned my car clean. Other than thst, the service I received was very good.
Mike was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole service, he really took care of all my needs and hope to continue doing service with him.
