We were so pleased and satisfied with the service we received, that we have already referred two Chevy owners to visit German on their next scheduled service appointment. If his approach to customer service is the reason he was promoted to service manager, then Winn Chevrolet made a smart decision.
This was probably my 4th time coming to your location because I like the service. This time when I got there more than 4 hours or 3 hours later. The paperwork was not ready. Then about 20 minutes later the amount was off bt about 100.00 dollars but everyone makes mistakes. So I had to wait for that correction
Carl is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and polite. He kept me informed of all aspects of the services that was being performed on my Buick Rainier!

It took 7 hours for an oil change with a reservation and a battery change. Throughout that time, I wasn't even approached to keep me informed or updated until i went to ask several times. Horrible experience.

The gentleman who help me by the name of George-made me wait 25 minutes never came to ask me anything or to say I’m going to lunch he seem to not care . I told him how I upset I was all he could say was there some workers that called off . I understand but how is that my problem? I work with customer service as well and I have to make ends meet. and my truck was not washed and had to wait extra time because he didn’t bother to check hope you can talk with your team thank you.
