My car was kept overnight without my consent or anyone even letting me know. I called and texted the day of, no one had answers on the status of my car. I had dropped off my car that morning at 7am for an OIL CHANGE. I had to call of work in order to resolve the issue the following morning and I had to call in order to get a status. My car was ready and I’m sure it HAD been but no one called me. After this whole fiasco no one tried to make it right or offer any type of compensation for the whole thing. They kept my car a whole day and overnight and it caused me a day’s work, terrible.
He was on the ball with getting me in and out as he said. Very satisfying to know that he made the experience pleasant.

As always, Michael's communication was A-1. I honestly only want to bring my car to him because I know I can trust him with diagnosing what is wrong with my car. He doesn't pressure me and is always patient in explaining the car issues. I really appreciate his customer service and positive attitude.
Normally when I get my oil change you guy always wash my truck.
Today I spend over 700.00 left the truck all day to be disappointed when I retrieve my truck all dirty
Service advisor David was nice when I brought my car in on 5/13/22. I did try to follow up with David on 5/16 about my car (he said call back if the issue I had returned, and it did).I was disappointed that I did not receive a call back. Called again today 5/18 and spoke to a Mike. He was abrupt and not listening to me..I told him my car was looked at on 5/13 and I was trying to find the best resolution for myself as I have small children and need transportation to pick my car up..I asked if he could check for the part needed (per tech notes, looks like I had a sensors fault as no other issues were found) as he said we’re assuming what’s wrong if the car hasn’t been looked at. What? I just told you it was. I unfortunately will take my car back to Win for service because I was told the $186 I paid will be deducted for the fix. I’m just now concerned if I will be taken advantage of as I don’t have money to just give away
He was very professional and good at his job. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with trusting him with my vehicle.
