Carl and John (Service and parts manager) r the only WIN employees I will interact with. After the purchase fiasco at WIN I doubt I will return to the dealership except for Corvette specific problems. Penske will get all non specific service business. B assured I have been in contact with GM, Chevy and Corvette Conceirge regarding car purchase and defective part replacement. Charles is the only employee who cared once the deal was done. Almost 30K over MSRP...and no follow up from anyone on the sales side.

It seems like service/ maintenance fees are escalating. If the sales person would have explained prior to purchase that maintenance fees would average $500+ every oil change-two years after owning vehicle, perhaps I would not have purchased this vehicle. No call back necessary, just voicing my concerns.

5 plus hours to pop the tail gate back into place was ridiculous. We should have been told you didn’t have enough staff that day to service my vehicle for over 5 hours. When you allow a “waiter” we don’t expect to wait in a chair in your driveway all day. I did appreciate Gerardo didn’t make up an excuse and told me he fixed it himself because after 5 hours it still hadn’t been looked at. While not acceptable service at least your people are honest.
