When I arrived this morning I asked the service rep if Win offered a oil change and tire rotation package and he said yes so I told him I would like to purchase the 3 oil change and Tire rotation Package . I explain to him that my service is usually at Simpson Chevrolet and that they offer a deal of the 3 oil changes And tire rotation for about $140 . He said No problem, when I went to pick up my truck and I went to pay the cashier told me it was $94 I said do I have 2 more oil changes after this one and she said No that the charge was only for 1 oil change , honestly I felt robbed how can I pay $94 for 1 oil change when I get 3 for $140 at Simpson. So my experience was very disappointing and I don’t believe I will be back to Win.

I did not get notified as soon as my vehicle was ready to be picked up. It was only after I called that I was told it was ready for pickup.
